Pompei ricostruita in 3D grazie alle riprese aeree

Grazie alle riprese stereoscopiche realizzate con un drone multirotore è possibile ammirare e visitare Pompei in modo inedito.
“Pompei 3D” è stata realizzata da Ballandi Arts con la collaborazione DBW Communications per le riprese 3D. Allo scopo è stato impiegato un drone multirotore dal costo di circa 18.000 €, un esacottero coassiale a 12 motori, Aerigon IAH3, con gimbal direct drive e in grado di trasportare un payload fino a 15 Kg. Cultural Heritage and New Technologies 2014

Arbor Sapientiae è lieta di aderire alla 19a edizione dell’International Conference on Cultural Heritage and New Technologies (CHNT) che si terrà a Vienna dal 3 al 5 Novembre 2014. E’ ora disponibile il programma che portà subire modifiche. La conferenza è organizzata in più sessioni dedicate all’impiego di tecnologie innnovative per il rilievo, il monitoraggio e la conservazione dei beni culturali: acquisizione e gestione dei dati, utilizzo di UAV, analisi forensi ed antropologiche. Numerosi le presentazioni di lavori di ricerca e applicativi italiani.
Tra le novità di quest’anno oltre alle Sessioni Poster e Video, ci sono gli "Advanced Archaeological Trainings", momenti formativi dedicati all’approfondimento di specifiche tecnologie per la documentazione archeologica, ovvero sui temi:
